Choose your state in the app’s Settings. Testing providers and requirements vary by state. Use your school’s instructions and current official sources.
Common questions
How do I change my state or training goals?
Open More → Settings → Preferences. Choose your state and available testing provider, then enter your school’s theory, skills-lab, and clinical-hour goals.
How do practice exams change?
CNA Buddy rotates through five practice exam versions with 48 questions each. New attempts shuffle questions and answer choices. A saved attempt keeps its order when you resume it.
How do I restore a subscription?
Open Manage Subscription in Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
How do I cancel?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select CNA Buddy and follow Apple’s cancellation steps. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
What happens to my records if access ends?
Your existing records remain available to view and export from Saved Records. A subscription is required for learning tools and new entries. Records are stored on your device; deleting the app can remove them. Keep copies of important records.
What should I include when asking for help?
Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, what you were doing, and what happened. If you send a screenshot, remove personal or patient information first. No journal records are automatically attached.
